Mō te tūnga | About the role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to join our Administration team at the Christchurch Area Office. This role covers a broad range of administrative duties including supporting the management team, handling accounts payable, managing supply orders, reception duties, and responding to staff and visitor enquiries.

  • Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
