About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga

As the Adviser Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our network of adviser partners. Representing nib’s adviser channel, you’ll promote our health and financial wellbeing proposition, ensure high levels of adviser engagement, and help drive better outcomes for our members.

This role is dual-focused, combining relationship management with critical adviser support functions. From complex adviser setups and onboarding to responding to escalations and supporting system processes, your contributions will help deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences for our advisers and their clients.
