Role Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Shopper marketing campaign & admin support.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather insights to inform brand strategies.
- Lead managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring brand mentions.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Support large scale/ lead small scale planning and execution of brand-related events and activities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Assist in managing the brand budget, tracking spending, and raising purchase orders.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on brand performance and marketing/shopper marketing activities.
- Support the execution of the local Bourbon/Scotch strategies, identifying market opportunities and key drivers (where to play, how to win).
- Partner with peers and other internal partners to ensure all Brand projects meet milestones and budgets/ROI
- Participate in the NPD process
Qualifications
- 2-3 years previous in consumer marketing experience
- Business or marketing degree qualified
- Liquor or Beverage industry experience is valued but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing software tools. \
