We’re on the hunt for a skilled Bakery All-Rounder who knows their way around traditional techniques, understands the craft of baking from scratch, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Crafting beautiful breads, sourdoughs, pastries, pies, cakes, and more — all from scratch
- Working hands-on with ovens and provers
- Consistently turning out top-quality, delicious baked goods
- Keeping food safety and health standards high and the workspace spotless
- Staying on top of daily production goals and supporting your team to deliver a bakery that wows every day
- Experience in a bakery, supermarket, or similar environment
- A formal baking qualification — or you're working toward one
- Solid knowledge of scratch baking methods and doughs
- A team player who takes pride in presentation and performance
- Familiarity with NZ Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines
