At White Hawk Enterprises , We are looking for Business Manager in Dunedin.
As a Manager you will be performing below duties:
- Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Oversee the acquisition, utilisation, and disposal of company assets, including vehicles and physical resources.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and internal policy requirements across business operations.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance performance.
- Manage business budgets and financial planning, including cost control and accurate reporting of operational expenditures.
- Lead and support staff across administrative and operational functions, including training and development.
- Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers to negotiate and manage agreements.
- Represent the organisation in meetings, forums, and negotiations to support business goals and promote initiatives.
- Coordinate facility and resource management to support sustainable and effective service delivery. Keeping accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules and costs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
