We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a vital part of our butchery team! We're searching for a dedicated and experienced butcher to provide our valued customers with top-notch meat products and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly cut, trim, and prepare a wide variety of meats to meet customer preferences and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect cuts for their needs, offering guidance and suggestions as necessary.
- Operate and maintain meat processing equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Take ownership of our Meat Bar – crafting a fresh, eye-catching display each morning and regularly introducing new ideas and offerings to keep the range exciting and engaging for customers.
Job Requirements:
- A qualified butcher or experienced butcher with a deep understanding of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle cutting tools and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering top-quality products.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 5am - 1pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Monday - 5am - 1pm
Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Range between $24.50 - $31.00 per hour.
