About the role:
As a casual butcher you will assist on an adhoc basis in the day-to-day running of our butchery department, ensuring that maximum range, and sufficient quantity of high-quality fresh meat is always available, as well as keeping the department clean, tidy, and attractively presented.
- Cutting, trimming, packing and merchandising meat to a high standard.
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service.
- Enhancing the image of the department by implementation of agreed standards of display and presentation of stock.
- Follow Health and Safety Policy, Food Safety Policy, and compliance procedures in the store, including cleaning.
