We are seeking reliable, physically fit Furniture Removalists with proven experience to join our team on a casual basis during busy periods. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving furniture, appliances, and other items for household and office relocations, ensuring all customer belongings are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, secure, and unload furniture and items onto trucks
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed
• Wrap and protect items to prevent damage
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines for safe lifting and handling
• Use equipment such as dollies, straps, and blankets to facilitate moving
• Communicate clearly with customers about schedules and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in furniture removals is essential
• Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transport, as job locations may vary
• Attention to detail and care for customer belongings
• Problem-solving skills for challenging moves
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations

Working Conditions:

• Casual, on-call work as required during busy periods
• Work hours may vary and include early mornings
• Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
