About the Role:
We currently have exciting contract opportunities join our Recruitment Team at Accent Group to assist and support the end to end recruitment for our seasonal Christmas Casuals!

You will be responsible for providing recruitment assistance and support for our Christmas project and you will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent at Accent Group for the most exciting time of year!

This is a full time 12 week contract opportunity located at our Support Office in Auckland. You must be available Monday – Friday throughout September, October & November.

Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited:
• Screening & Shortlisting candidates whilst liaising with Hiring Managers on key selection criteria
• Conducting phone screens and providing timely feedback to Hiring Managers
• Coordinating and organising Group or One on One interview for Hiring Managers
• Supporting with outcomes, offers & contract generation on new starters
• Acting as a key point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
To be successful you will ideally be:
• Energetic, passionate and adaptable to work in a very fast paced environment
• Highly organised with exceptional time management skills to work to deadlines
• Previous recruitment experience highly desirable ideally within a retail environment – desirable but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Supportive and have a can-do attitude to ensure close working relationships with the HR & Talent Team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High results orientation and self-motivation
• Strong ability to execute a high-volume workload with competing priorities within timelines
• Genuine passion for retail and Recruitment / Talent acquisition
• Team-based attitude; willing to go outside of required duties to support the team to achieve objectives.
