You can work in-clinic and/or online as a regular team member, delivering brief, consultation-based services to general practice team members and general practice patients. To provide brief evidence-based behavioural interventions to individuals, groups and families for both mental health and physical health conditions in people of all ages.

The Clinical Team Lead will be a mental health and addiction clinician, working as part of our multi-disciplinary care team, managing a team of Health Improvement Practitioners (HIPs):

  • Implementing best practices in patient care
  • Supporting in the development of Scribe for mental health and addiction and creating and maintaining clinical guidelines in collaboration with the advice from external partner(s)
  • Engaging in direct patient care through clinical supervision
  • Contributing to service development and innovation to improve patient outcomes
  • Ensuring the service meets regulatory standards and patient needs.
