We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hardware Technician to join our team. In this role, you
will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of
computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment to ensure smooth technical
operations.

Hardware Technician’s responsibilities and duties:
 Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring new hardware systems
and software.
 Troubleshooting and Repair: Identifying and resolving hardware malfunctions,
including replacing faulty components.
 Maintenance: Ensuring hardware systems are functioning optimally and performing
routine maintenance tasks.
 Technical Support: Providing assistance to users with hardware-related issues.
 Inventory Management: Maintaining records of hardware assets.
 System Monitoring: Monitoring system performance to ensure hardware is
operating efficiently
We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes:
 Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays.
 Positive attitude, Building Rapport with Staff, and ability to thrive under
pressure.
 Communication skills, Decision making and Handling Issues professionally.
 3 years relevant experience / and or relevant diploma of higher
  • To be considered for this role you must be in NZ, and either be an NZ resident, citizen or
have the legal right to work in NZ full time.
