Goldencobweb Restaurant, located in Alexandra, is currently seeking two experienced Chinese Cuisine Cooks to join our team. Our owner has worked as a chef for over 30 years and is now preparing for retirement. We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals to continue delivering high-quality Chinese cuisine to our valued customers.This is a full time role require working at least 30 hours weekly.

Employment Type: Full-time (30 - 60 hours per week)
Work Days: We are open 7 days a week; rostered shifts will apply
Tasks include:
1. Prepare and cook authentic dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards
2. Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
3. Inspect ingredient quality and measure components for menu items.
4. Maintain food inventory and place orders as needed.
5. Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
6. Present dishes attractivelybefore serving.
7. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to hygiene regulations.
8. Assist in menu planning, cost estimation, and staff training.
