Customer Sales Support
We’re adding to our Sales Support Team! If you're a natural on the phone, thrive under pressure, and love solving problems – we want to hear from you.
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and process orders accurately
- Provide timely and professional support across enquiries and issues
- Work closely with our Sales Team to ensure service consistency
- Recommend products and highlight relevant promotions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current offers
What we’re looking for
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in wholesale or FMCG
- Professional communication and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using phone and order entry systems
- Salesforce or SAP experience is an advantage
- Southeast Asian language skills are a bonus, not essential
