Te tūranga | The role:

We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Wanganui Branch on a permanent part time role.

As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.

This is a part-time position working Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:15am until 2:30pm.

You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.

Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
