An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team as a Delicatessen / Seafood Assistant Manager at our locally owned and operated store.

This is a full-time role, which includes a weekend shift. Days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for fresh food and customer service, who enjoys leading a team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help manage the day-to-day operations of the Deli and Seafood departments, maintaining high standards in presentation, food safety, and service—while identifying opportunities to enhance our offering.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in fresh food retail, hospitality, or a similar environment
- A positive leader with strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and the Food Control Plan
- Familiarity with SAP or similar retail ordering/IT systems (preferred)
- High personal presentation, honesty, and a solid work ethic
