Do you want to earn good money working with a great team in a growing business? Contour has an opportunity for a delivery driver to join our team.
As a Delivery Driver you will be a member of our logistics team and be required to assist with packaging, loading and delivery of products to our retail customers and installation teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in partnership with the store team to locate finished goods and assist with placement onto delivery vehicles.
- Secure load, deliver and unload goods at customer premises as required.
- Maintain vehicle and driver logs
- General housekeeping activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES:
- Have a passion to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer needs
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Enjoy working autonomously.
- Hold as a minimum, a class 2 driving licence (essential).
- Hiab/gantry crane experience highly advantageous.
- Forklift ticket whilst preferred is not essential.
- Whilst experience is great it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that will set you apart.
