We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and caring Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our growing team at Dentist on Lincoln. If you love working with people, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy creating a calm and welcoming environment — we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a dental setting
- Fluent in English, with a confident and professional speaking manner
- Exceptional computer skills — you’ll be managing appointments, records, and patient communications with ease
- Strong common sense and problem-solving skills
- A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine passion for patient care
- Organised, punctual, presentable and able to work independently or as part of a small team
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for patients
- Supporting the dentist during procedures and preparing treatment rooms
- Handling bookings, phone enquiries, emails, and payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Adhering to infection control and sterilisation protocols
