Mode: Contract position - Long term On-call /Dispatch casual ticket based
Job Description:
- Perform break-fix support for desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), iMacs, and POS devices.
- Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components: HDD, RAM, motherboard, screen, keyboard, fan, power supply, etc.
- Provide support for software installations, OS configuration, and minor troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and card readers.
- Reimage systems using deployment tools or bootable media.
- Log all activities, time, and part usage in the ticketing system.
- Coordinate with teams for escalations or specialized tasks.
- Travel to client sites for onsite support within the assigned region.
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction for each ticket.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
Note: This is for full time and on call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
