About the Role
As our Digital Marketing & Web Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be involved in:
- Managing, designing and optimising our website to ensure seamless user experience and high conversion rates
- Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver paid campaigns across Google, Meta and other digital platforms
- Lead our SEO strategy to maximise reach and engagement Analysing data to track performance, identify insights, and create future digital strategies
About You
We’re after someone who’s:
- Experienced in digital marketing – you’ve got a strong background in website management, paid advertising (Google & Meta), SEO, and performance reporting
- Tech-savvy – you’re comfortable with CMS platforms, SEO tools, digital ad managers, and analytics dashboards
- A strong communicator – you can craft compelling content and collaborate across teams
- Adaptable and proactive – you thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment and stay ahead of digital trends
