We have an exciting opportunity for a Class 5 Driver to join our Tauranga team. This role is not your typical 9-5 driving position; we are seeking someone flexible to change start times and work nights and Saturdays when required.
About the role - Mō te tūranga
As a Bulk Feeds Driver, you’ll be responsible for the local delivery of bulk feed to farms. Your main rostered days will be Sunday – Thursday doing the evening shift starting between 6pm – 8pm.
Key duties include:
- Load and unload freight safely
- Ensure freight is handled with minimum damage.
- Work with one of our biggest clients, from one site
- Participate in all safety procedures.
- Operate all vehicles in a safe manner.
- Maintain, clean and tidy vehicles.
What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?
- Clean Full NZ Class 5 license and Forklift Licence
- Auger experience preferred
- 5 years of Truck/Trailer driving experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- To be flexible to change start times and work nights and Saturdays when required.
- Experience driving on farms and rural roads.
