About the role | Ko te tūranga mahi
This isn't your average EA role. At Public Trust, you'll be the right hand to three dynamic Executive leaders across Digital & Marketing, People & Strategy, and Corporate Trustee Services. You'll be the glue that keeps things moving—streamlining admin, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the culture of our Auckland CBD office.
You'll be trusted to:
- Own calendar management with confidence—juggling priorities, solving conflicts, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting packs that make decision-making easier.
- Be the go-to for organising internal events, workshops, and travel logistics.
- Keep things humming in our Auckland CBD office—welcoming guests, managing supplies, and supporting a great team culture.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with other EAs and teams across the business.
- Take initiative on admin processes that reduce overhead and boost efficiency.
About you | Ko wai koe
You're a natural organiser, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You know how to read the room, anticipate needs, and get things done—often before anyone asks.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior admin role.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook, plus a knack for using AI tools like Copilot to work smarter.
- Strong emotional intelligence—you know when to listen, when to act, and how to handle sensitive situations with care.
- Commercial awareness and sound judgment—you understand what matters in a business context.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities.
