Field Services Manager
MediaWorks is looking for an experienced Field Services Manager to lead and support our warehouse setup, field teams, maintenance operations and infrastructure deployment — ensuring every initiative is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll do
- Lead and support field, warehouse, and delivery staff, ensuring they are trained, productive, and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
- Assist with site surveys, prototype installations, and initial warehouse setup.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors during infrastructure installation works, ensuring specifications and safety standards are met.
- Oversee permits, approvals, and stakeholder communications for works.
- Conduct quality inspections and supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair activities for street furniture.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance programs, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field staff, delivering regular toolbox talks and on-the-job training.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to secure resources for daily operations.
- Maintain accurate reporting, records, and WHSEQ compliance across all activities.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years proven experience managing a field workforce and warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of WHSEQ requirements and a safety-first mindset.
- Skilled in delivering toolbox talks, training sessions, and performance management.
- Intermediate computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A full NZ driver's licence and willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours. - Physically fit, hands-on, and ready to "get stuck in" when needed.
