About the Role
The Field Technician & Site Works Coordinator will take care of Lodestone Energy’s brand-new build Kaitaia solar farm. The work involves duties such as general maintenance and repair tasks, asset inspections and tests, data collection and reporting, coordination of daily site work and liaising with contractors and visitors. You will be part of a small on-site team and some local contractors; therefore, it is key that you work in a collaborative style and take pride in your work and the aesthetic of the solar farm.
About you
- We would like you to have had experience in a similar role – general, electrical and/or mechanical labourer
- We would like you to have basic computer skills to enter inspection data and work requests into our system
- Demonstrating an uncompromising commitment to workplace health and safety
- Having knowledge of solar farm equipment and operations would be an advantage
