Job Summary/Whakarāpopototanga

This role impacts the first impression of our passengers' journey. As a Fleet Presentation Agent, your primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our aircraft fleet at the highest standards. You ensure that every aircraft is impeccably cleaned and prepared for the comfort and satisfaction of passengers.

Your activities/Ngā momo ngohe
  • Vacuum and brush seats to remove crumbs, debris, and rubbish.
  • Clean meal trays, cocktail holders, and drink holders.
  • Conduct spot checks on armrests, seat side panels, and seat consoles/seat wells for markings and spillages.
  • Neatly cross over all seat belts and ensure window shades and overhead lockers are open.
  • Deodorise the cabin to create a fresh and pleasant environment.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock bathrooms to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Perform terminator cleaning tasks as needed to address specific cleanliness requirements.

  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, 24 hours a day.
  • Good physical fitness for lifting up to 32kg.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Right to work permanently in New Zealand.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license - full preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
