Webflow Mastery
- 2-4 years professional Webflow development experience
- Deep understanding of Webflow's capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Experience with CMS, interactions, custom code integration, and optimization
- Proven track record building complex, high-performance sites
Design Sensibilities
- Strong design eye with understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Keen eye for micro-interactions and animations with deep understanding of animation curves, easing, and timing
- Ability to collaborate with designers and translate concepts into code
- Knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
Technical Skills
- Integration of AI tools and modern development techniques
