Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about our menu, promotions, and special offerings.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the Chef team and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for Japanese cuisine and sushi is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must have a valid New Zealand work visa or be a New Zealand citizen.
