Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a leadership team focused on doing things right – for customers, teams and the wider community
- Manage our grocery operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Maintain operational standards within the store
- Supervise and support our grocery team members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in supermarket or retail management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A proactive and hands-on approach to team support and store operations
To be successful in this role, we require:
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations
- Able to work one weekend shift and public holidays
- Reliable, self-motivated, honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude
- Forklift License beneficial but not essential
