We are looking for a data driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team in a role that's critical to supporting our mortgage advisor network. If you love variety this role is for you.

As a Home Ownership Consultant - Adviser Admin, you'll ensure our advisors are paid accurately and on time, whilst also helping to maintain strong, trusted relationships by handling commission queries, clawbacks, and accreditation assessments with professionalism and care. This is a 14-month fixed term contract based in Albany Auckland with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week once you are embedded in the role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing and approving commissions (including clawbacks) for mortgage advisors
  • Managing trial payments and ensuring accurate reconciliations
  • Assessing and processing advisor accreditations
  • Partnering with advisors and internal teams to provide clear, timely communication and resolution
  • Navigating multiple systems and processes quickly, ensuring data is accurate and complete

  • Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and confident in managing queries or complaints.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A mathematical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to service excellence and building positive relationships
  • Proven ability to work agilely and juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
  • Lending knowledge or mortgage industry experience would be a big advantage. For the right skills, character and transferrable skills you will be considered if you don't have this experience.
