Horticultural Production Operator

TNZ Growing Products is a proudly New Zealand-owned company with operations across the country and its head office based in Invercargill.

We specialize in producing high-quality growing media and bark-based products, supplying the horticulture and landscaping industries throughout New Zealand and Australia.

We are currently seeking a hardworking and highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our Kennington based team.

This permanent full-time role offers approximately 45 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

This role will assist in various tasks across our plant and various processes, fostering a deeper understanding of your role within our operation. This role ensures versatility and team support throughout our operations.

We are looking for people who take safety seriously and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty! You should be comfortable working independently and have a knack for mechanics. A full driver’s license is required, and while forklift and loader experience may be advantageous, it is not essential.

To be considered for this role, you will need your own means of reliable transport to Kennington, the ability to handle moderate to heavy physical tasks, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
