Join Port of Auckland as a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Team Coordinator / Executive Assistant! We're looking for a proactive and organised professional to support our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team.
ABOUT THE ROLE | Te tūranga mahi
Reporting to the General Manager of Health Safety and Wellbeing the key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative support to the HSW team, as agreed with the relevant manager/s, which may include management and purchasing of job specific resources, assisting with team specific activities etc.
- Manage GM HSW diary, availability, schedule including monitoring emails when needed and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Work within HSW and across other teams to plan, organise, manage and deliver internal and external event packages.
- Establish/maintain a filing and bring-up system for allocated managers as requested and ensure that managers are alerted when action is required.
- Prepare and update factual content for regular HSW meeting reports e.g. Weekly Exec Meeting, Board reports, HSW Steering Group.
- Maintain and enhance the POAL H&S management system as published on SharePoint
WHAT YOU NEED | Ngā pūkenga me whēako
To be successful in the role, you will possess or demonstrate proven experience in the following:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative, discreet and professional
- EA experience at an executive leadership level.
- Experience in collating presentations, report writing, and taking minutes
- Strong professional interest in health safety & wellbeing.
- NCEA Level 3, or equivalent
- Experience in SharePoint & Event Management.
