We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail store leadership team at our flagship location, Hype DC Cuba Mall store!
As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your, National Retail Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

- Running a multimillion dollar store you will be required to drive our financial sales goals and metrics
- Delivering on the brand vison and strategy
- Being on the floor 80% of your week, you will ensure that our customer is at the core of our everyday business decisions, and we provide MEMORABLE experiences 100% of the time
- Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
- Recruitment selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
- Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI’s targets
- A leader with a motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
- Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
