About the role
As the Integrity Enablement Advisor, you will be a ‘voice’ of behavioural science in Integrity Services. As part of the team, you will help develop and deliver behavioural change interventions across the organisation to help prevent and reduce instances of fraud and abuse. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for increasing Integrity Services’ influence across ACC.
You will help Integrity Services develop and implement a prevention-led system which is informed by Behavioural Economics. The role also requires you to help equip the Integrity Advisors with behavioural science tools and materials to perform their responsibilities.
The role is located in Wellington.
The salary range for this role is $85,037 - $100,043 with appointment depending on skills and experience.
About you
- Knowledge and capability in developing behavioural change interventions, in particular relating to best practice initiatives to manage fraud, waste, and abuse risks.
- Experience in applying behavioural science theory (e.g., Behavioural Economics).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, using a variety of styles.
- Strong planning, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to vary working and leadership styles to meet the needs of different situations and individuals.
- Experience in the development and delivery of education and training materials.
