Job Description

ELEVATE your career with Air New Zealand

Air New Zealand is on a mission to shape the future of travel, and we want you to be part of the team making it happen. Whether it’s through smarter ways of working, innovative tech, or great customer experiences; you’ll help deliver initiatives that connect millions of travellers every year.

At Air New Zealand, you will work for an iconic brand at the cutting edge of technology and help the airline shape the future faster. You will be working in our experienced teams, fully utilising your degree and gaining valuable experience to start your career.

Our Team - Delivery Enablement

As an intern in our Delivery Enablement team, you’ll be part of the crew orchestrating the delivery of complex initiatives. We help plan the work, guide change, and keep things moving so our teams can deliver real value for our people and customers. That means learning how to design cross-functional squads, shape delivery plans, and support fit-for-purpose governance to keep programmes running smoothly.

You’ll work alongside experienced mentors and teammates to assess change impacts, contribute to tailored interventions, and help guide stakeholders through delivery. It’s about making sure the changes we deliver are sustainable and make a real difference to how we work.
