Pay Rate: $30-$35 NZD per hour
We are a fast-growing wholesale company based in Auckland, supplying a wide range of products to businesses across New Zealand. We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Junior IT Support Technician to ensure the smooth running of our internal IT systems and support our team with day-to-day technology needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Provide first-level technical support to staff across departments
- • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- • Set up and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- • Support our inventory and sales systems used in the wholesale environment
- • Assist with system updates, backups, and general IT housekeeping
- • Help with onboarding/offboarding of staff (devices, logins, system access)
- • Liaise with external IT vendors when required
Requirements:
- • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic network support
- • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users
- • Two years’ experience or Bachelor degree in IT or higher qualification
