The Kitchen's and Bathroom's departments are key inspirational areas within our store offering an exciting range of products.
Each kitchen and bathroom order has many items composing that order, so making sure they all come together for the project is the key part of this role. We are looking for a team member who will manage the logistics needs of multiple customer orders happening at any one time. Some items are large and heavy, therefore there is an element of heavy lifting involved so a good level of fitness is required. The successful applicant will also be required to engage in some sales activity on the shop floor.
For this position we are looking for someone who has:
- Strong computer skills – particularly Microsoft Excel;
- Enthusiasm and team spirit;
- A passion for customer service excellence;
- Excellent time management;
- the ability to think on their feet;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Great communication skills;
- Previous forklift experience would be advantage but isn’t essential;
- A full driver’s license is essential.
Previous retail experience would be an advantage. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, reporting to the Retail Manager.
