We are seeking a dynamic and future-focused Lecturer in People and Culture to join the School of Business team here at MIT.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, applied learning experiences in human resource leadership, organisational development, and workplace culture—helping students to thrive in today's evolving world of work.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality teaching in People and Culture, HR leadership, and workplace practices across our programmes
- Support student projects, with a focus on real-world workplace challenges and solutions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and ensure our programmes reflect current industry practice and future trends.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and empowers all students.
What we're looking for
- Ideally a PhD, but a minimum of a Master's degree in human resources, leadership, management or a related field.
- Practical industry experience in HR, people and culture, or organisational development.
- Passion for education, with the ability to inspire and connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to gain teaching qualifications that may be required.
- A collaborative, student-centred approach and commitment to cultural inclusivity.
