We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Lobby Host to join our team. As the Front of House Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery of our client's premises. This dynamic role requires strong customer service skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working onsite for our global technology client in their modern offices in Auckland CBD.

An Overview of the role:
Greeting and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Events management

Managing access badges and maintaining security protocols

Handling incoming calls and managing mail and couriers

Coordinating meeting room requirements and assisting with event planning

Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting the team as needed

Maintaining documentation and performing daily inspections of premises

Building and developing effective client and stakeholder relationships

Ensuring the site's financial operations meet targets and compliance requirements

Implementing and maintaining operational procedures and best practices

Assisting with stock take and replenishment

Managing IT assets and coordinating hardware distribution

This is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, retail or any other customer service/administration based role who is wanting to take their first or next step in the corporate world!
Experience in event management is a plus

Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
