We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Loss Prevention Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Team based at our Albany Support Centre. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in protecting our people, assets, and reputation across our store network.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Loss Prevention Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our national strategy to reduce stock loss, theft, fraud, and security risks. You’ll work hands-on with store teams, delivering training, conducting risk assessments, and implementing protocols that keep our environments safe and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national loss prevention strategy with measurable outcomes
- Conduct store reviews to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver training on theft deterrence, conflict de-escalation, and incident reporting
- Support inventory management and integrity processes to reduce shrinkage
- Collaborate with external vendors and industry bodies to enhance security practices
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business on all thing’s loss prevention
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security, loss prevention, or law enforcement
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Effective planning, prioritisation, and decision-making under pressure
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
