Working from our Palmerston North Box Lobby, our Mail and Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. While this is a part time role, there may be opportunity to cover vacant shifts up to 40 hours per week. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you:
- Be available to work Monday to Friday: 12:30 - 17:30
- Reliable transport
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment, ideally retail
- Problem solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Administration and data entry skills
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
