As our newest Maintenance Administrator based in our Nelson office, you'll leverage your strong administrative and organisational skills to provide excellent support to the Assets and Maintenance team. You'll be responsible for triaging and managing our busy inbox and will thrive in this fast-paced environment working to tight timeframes.
Your knowledge base in building maintenance, codes, and standards will help you hit the ground running in this critical role. You'll be responsible for ensuring maintenance and minor capital work is accurately processed in a timely manner, and maintenance administrative support is delivered to the regional teams.
You will also work collaboratively with other K inga Ora teams to ensure that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards, and that customer satisfaction and other maintenance operational performance targets are achieved.

If you have some prior experience in residential maintenance and building codes, strong administrative and organisation skills and a driven attitude, then we would love to hear from you.

- Proven experience of working in fast-paced, interactive environment
- Experience in triaging and assessing work orders, applying critical analysis to prioritise work orders and repair work
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organised
- Ability to understand and apply processes
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Agile and responsive to customers' needs on a case-by-case basis
