As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities, machinery, and equipment. You will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity. A full EWRB license and relevant electrical experience is required.

Working Hours:

Rotating Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and Monday to Thursday 2:30 pm to 1:00 am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, recording activities in the MEX system
  • Assist with servicing and replacing faulty equipment during breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Support the management of spare parts, including stocking and reordering when needed
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and address issues to ensure system efficiency
  • Contribute to maintenance-related projects as required
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer and operations teams to support smooth maintenance activities
  • Ensure clear communication with staff, contractors, and suppliers

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant electrical qualification and experience
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, PLC, machine control, and robotics systems.
  • Experience with CMMS preferably with MEX
  • Must have full EWRB licence
