We are looking for a Marketing Enabler to join our APAC Rare Diseases team in a Location-Agonostic permanent, full time above-country pooled resource role, requiring an 80% FTE commitment focused primarily on cross-border, above-country work packages and enablement.
What you will be working on:
As the Marketing Enabler, APAC Rare Diseases, you will:
Optimize the overall care experience for patients by understanding and driving customer value propositions for integrated health solutions.
Work cross-functionally to coordinate and steward integrated marketing plans within the Rare Diseases Area.
Catalyze rapid solutions for significant gaps in the patient journey (diagnostics, digital health, treatments, distribution/supply).
Contribute to virtual, cross-border, cross-functional work package teams to realize and scale country outcomes across Asia Pacific.
Assume shared accountability for organizational launch preparedness within and across countries.
Serve as a cross-channel digital engagement expert, leading strategies and customer experiences that enable positive patient outcomes and business transformation.
Advise, influence, and advance digital engagement strategies and campaigns, collaborating with Medical, PPOCs, and Market Access.
Create integrated cross-channel campaign plans to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
Who you are:
You are a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for transforming patient care and driving innovation in Rare Diseases across APAC and beyond. You are customer-Centric, capable of co-creating solutions and providing exceptional digital customer experiences.
You have:
Relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital engagement, and/or commercial operations, with a proven track record of successful customer partnering and achieving shared goals.
Experience of working in Rare Diseases would be very desirable.
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Health Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields preferred.
A proven track record of building, leading, and contributing to high-performing, diverse, agile teams.
A "System Thinker" mindset, able to create and leverage networks for sustainable patient value.
Abreast of customer and healthcare industry trends, with a proactive approach to professional development.
Comfortable working in agile environments; entrepreneurial, self-learning, and willing to challenge the status quo.
A culture of humanity, curiosity, and responsibility, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on breaking down silos.
Strong internal network creation and borderless collaboration skills, embracing sharing and learning to upscale Ecosystem solutions.
Dynamic, value-driven, strategic thinker with high learning agility.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or Business Administration or equivalent. MBA or Postgraduate Marketing degree is considered a plus.
Fluency in English.
