Who We’re Looking For
We're hiring for two exciting paths:
1. Qualified Mechanic
- Trade-qualified or 3+ years experience
- Confident with diagnostics, servicing & repairs
- WOF authority a bonus (extra pay applies)
- High standard of workmanship and reliability
2. Mechanic Who Wants to Step into Admin / Workshop Coordinator Role
- Perfect for someone ready to move off the tools
- You’ll start learning quoting, job allocation, invoicing, customer service, and workshop coordination
- Must still have mechanical background to understand vehicle repairs
- Full training provided
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role, you may:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles (mechanic role)
- Quote jobs and prepare invoices
- Manage customer bookings and enquiries
- Allocate work to technicians
- Coordinate WOFs and job workflow
- Deliver excellent customer service at the front desk
