We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative Membership Sales Consultant who loves personal training, programming, and group fitness. This person will be able to think outside the box, and has a flair for connecting with people — both in person and on social media.
The Role:
As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be the welcoming face of Flex Fitness & LevelUp. You will connect with prospective and current members, promote our premium services (including LevelUp), and help others start and stick to their fitness journey. This is a dynamic role where your creativity, energy, and communication skills will shine — whether it’s on the gym floor or through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, engage, and build strong connections with potential and existing members in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Promote Flex Fitness memberships and LevelUp group training, delivering personalised club tours and guiding people into the best membership options for their goals.
- Create fun and informative social media content that showcases the Flex + LevelUp experience and encourages lead generation and retention.
- Support the member journey by checking in regularly, responding to feedback, and organising engaging events and activations that keep members motivated and connected.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement outside-the-box marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate member records, process sign-ups, and use CRM systems efficiently.
About You:
- You are passionate about fitness and love seeing others succeed in their goals.
- You have a personal passion, experience, and engagement in fitness and group training — you genuinely enjoy training yourself and being part of a positive fitness community.
- You are creative, solution-focused, and not afraid to try fresh approaches to attract and retain members.
- You are confident on camera and know how to make fitness fun and engaging online.
- You have previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or group training.
- You have a qualification/certification/degree in Exercise Science, Personal Training, or another relevant qualification.
- You have a current First Aid certification.
- You are flexible and available to work 20 hours per week between Monday and Saturday.
- You thrive both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
- You are professional, reliable, and tech-savvy — comfortable with basic computer skills and CRM tools.
