Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Microsoft Power App platform and Power BI to enhance an in-house system with additional reporting requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards focused on employee capacity, resource allocation, and project metrics within the practice management system
Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) to automate workflows and optimize business processes as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Strong ability to design, build, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards, especially for workforce or capacity planning scenarios
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and end users
