Network Operations Manager

We have an urgent requirement for a 6 month Fixed Term Engagement to hit the ground running on the seamless delivery of technical operations, leading Network & Security Engineers, Solution Architects and overseeing project functions.

You will be responsible for Service Delivery, Leadership & People Management, Operational Management, Strategy & Planning, Stakeholder Engagement ensuring compliance & governance across the services.

To qualify you will have:

• Proven operational leadership experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, delivering services across multiple clients with varied SLAs, scopes, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and champion service management methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing project delivery teams or Delivery & PMO Function structures.
• Strong background in infrastructure, networking, or security delivery.
• Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems).
• Familiarity with the New Zealand technology and compliance landscape.
