About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Supervisor – Operations to lead key initiatives across inventory management, lean operations, and process improvement. This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement across our distribution centre.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock forecasting, and audits
- Drive OPEX and Lean programs to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and deliver training on Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Manage cross-functional operational and infrastructure projects from planning to go-live
- Support daily operations planning, KPI setting, and systems optimisation
- Provide reporting and analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance across all operational processes
Role Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse operations
- Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced distribution environments
- Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP, and labour management systems
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence across teams
- Commitment to health & safety best practices
