We’re on the lookout for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our high-performing People & Performance team based in the Auckland support office. What You’ll Be Doing
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with business leaders to drive strategic people initiatives and support our teams across our manufacturing, distribution, sales and support office functions around the country. Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Relations: Providing expert guidance and coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee wellbeing.- Learning & Development: Facilitating and delivering employee programmes that support career growth and capability building.
- Change & Culture: Acting as a change agent to promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with our recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Experience: Championing initiatives that enrich the employee journey and foster engagement across all touchpoints.
