We’re looking for a dynamic PA to support the General Manager of the Child, Women and Family Division and the wider leadership team. This is your chance to be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing healthcare environment, helping shape the future of care for women and children in Waitematā.

- Provide top-tier admin support, manage communications, and keep the team on track.
- Coordinate meetings, reports, and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive efficiency, streamline processes, and foster a collaborative team culture.
