Kia ora, Tālofa lava, Mālō e lelei!
Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same? This is your chance to jump into one of the most dynamic teams in our Distribution Centre - and help keep the operation running like clockwork.
At The Warehouse Group (TWG) - home to beloved Kiwi brands like The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming—our Distribution Centre is the engine room of the business. During peak season, we go the extra mile to make sure stock gets to where it needs to be, and that’s where our PM Shift Support Team comes in.
Job Description
As a member of the PM Shift Team Member, you’ll work across multiple departments to finish up the day's work and keep things flowing across the DC. It’s a high-energy, high-impact role where your flexibility and willingness to dive into any task really make a difference.
Every shift looks a little different—you could be helping with despatch, sorting inbounds, replenishing racking, or assisting with labelling and prep. If you like variety, fast pace, and working with a great crew, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting multiple departments across the DC depending on daily priorities
- Stacking pallets (1kg–30kg) and sorting stock by barcode
- Using RF scanners to track stock movement
- Wrapping pallets and assisting with despatch
- Labelling, strapping, and preparing stock for delivery
- Bulk picking and general warehouse support
- Responding quickly to changing needs throughout the shift
This is a fixed term position until Mid January 2026.
Monday – Friday
3:00pm – 11:30pm OR
4:00pm – 12:30am
$30.28/hr
Please note: This role is to support our Peak Period through to January 2026. As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (Please note, we do not work public holidays).
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Are physically fit, reliable, and ready to work on your feet
- Enjoy variety and learning different parts of the operation
- Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Communicate well and can jump between tasks smoothly
- Are flexible, proactive, and comfortable working across different teams
- Have warehouse/DC experience (helpful, but not a deal-breaker)
To be considered for this role, you must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
